Front desk staff was despondent, if not unfriendly. No drinking water available in the room (had to purchase from a cooler on lobby floor). Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Price was good, but you get what you pay for.

Muito boa . Excelente sem problemas. Única coisa que pode ser melhorado é o café da manhã com mais opções. E o estacionamento terceirizados para hóspedes do hotel poderia ser mais em conta . Do resto não tenho que falar. Tudo perfeito.

Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr sauber. Die Betten unbequem. Keine Decke, nur ein Lacken. Das Frühstück bietet sehr wenig Auswahl, Kaffee ist furchtbar. Auch nach mehrmaliger Anfrage nach Omelett, kein einziges Mal erhalten.

Limpo e super bem localizado

Apart bonito, limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos e educados, além de super bem localizado!! Vc não precisa tirar seu carro do estacionamento para nada. Fizemos tudo a pé, por ser próximo de shoppings, restaurantes e supermercados

Falhas nas reservas + impaciência na recepção

Problemas no sistema de reserva q toda vez q estendíamos reserva, ou reservávamos hm determinado quarto, ou não aparecia no sjstema, ou pediam q pagássemos o q na estava pago na reserva via app, qd reservamos p 2 pessoas e pagamos disseram q era pra 1 só e nos cobraram taxa extra na recepção; até quarto pra mobilidade reduzida tentaram nos colocar alegando que não tinha outro disponível o q acabou se provando não ser verdade (não podíamos “aceitar” pois as camas são muito baixas e de acesso difícil pra pessoas altas); enfim a recepção é um caos e por conta do volume e gravidade de erros as recepcionistas ficam impacientes achando que o hóspede q está sendo “chato” quando na verdade o hóspede tem direito integral não só a que o q foi contratado seja cumprido mas tb em ser tratado c paciência respeito e cortesia - sobretudo em se tratado em erros do hotel / do sistema. De uma sequência de 5 reservas absolutamente todas deram problemas desgastantes! Quartos de espaço bom, cama confortável, modernos funcionais e aconchegantes em medida razoável. Café da manhã ok, jantar no hotel anexo simples e poucas opções mas bem feito; ponto pra limpeza e localização.

Adagio é um bom lugar para a estadia na cidade, o quarto tem tamanho bom para duas pessoas, com armário grande e cozinha equipada. Único ponto a desejar é não ter serviço de quarto.
