Conveniently located in upscale residential area, affordable but nice property, free substantial breakfast with six or seven options to choose from including eggs, sandwiches, local crepes, etc. Please note that this area is near the domestic airport and there's pretty frequent incoming planes roaring overhead including at night and early morning. Will definitely stay here again.

Sem conforto. Até hoje não fui reembolsado

O quarto deixou a desejar em diversos aspectos: o assento do vaso sanitário era pequeno e muito desconfortável; o gatilho da ducha higiênica estava com defeito e só foi trocado após 5 dias, depois de muita insistência; não havia suporte para sabonete e xampu no box do banheiro; a televisão não tem canais por assinatura. Ademais, apesar de ter pago o quarto pelo período de 13/7 até 05/8 tive que sair no dia 31/7 e solicitei reembolso pelos dias não utilizados, mas até hoje, dia 06/8, não tive nenhum retorno. O café da manhã é muito fraco, não tem frios, só o pão de forma como opção e os bolos são muito ruins.

O hotel é bom, bem confortável, o Sr. Rodrigo nos recebeu muito bem, mas tinha alguns problemas com o banheiro, ele tinha um cheio bem ruim que invadía o quarto e a porta não fechava, o que complicava mais ainda. No geral é bom. Bom café da manhã e é confortável para uma rápida viagem.

Não é hotel! não se enganem com a avaliação! Ruim!

Primeiro de tudo, o que é importante para quem busca se hospedar: isso não é um hotel. Não há recepção a noite, você é responsável pela entrada e saída. Se perder a chave fica de fora até alguém responder sua mensagem. Se chegar no hotel a noite também terá transtornos em ficar fora do hotel. Então, esse é um ponto que no hoteis.com deveria cortar no filtro, pois não é um hotel. Segundo ponto, limpeza horrível! Meu quarto ao chegar o banheiro estava cheio de cabelos, o esgoto voltando do ralo e por fim, o quarto cheio de mosquitos. Uma coisa absurda! Fiz os vídeos e mandei para o contato do "hotel". Foi a pior estadia em hotel que já fiquei, busquei pagar um pouco mais caro, pois levei minha família. Mas só tive transtornos. Para mulher os banheiros não atendem, não funciona secador e a pia você não tem espaço para colocar uma escova de dente, muito menos as maquiagens. Foi horrível a estadia, tentei cancelar minha diária no primeiro dia, mas eles recusaram, então tive que passar raiva por 3 dias. O café da manhã também não é de hotel, não tem quase nenhuma opção de comida. O que salvou no café da manhã, foi o funcionário atencioso que prepara, com capricho, alguns pedidos na hora. Por fim, as fotos não condizem com a realidade do ambiente, meu quarto não tinha mesa e cadeira para colocar o computador, a tela estava em uma posição que não dava para ver direito e o móvel que colocaram para meu filho era uma beliche de ferro que ele não podia se mexer que fazia barulho.

No geral tive uma boa estadia. Seria ótima se não tivesse quase ficado sem quarto, pois foi me passado instruções para acessar o quarto de forma errada. Tentei contato ao não conseguir entrar no quarto e não tive resposta. Procurei outros quartos que pudessem estar com a porta aberta, como me foi passado que estaria, e por sorte encontrei. No dia seguinte mudaram meu quarto, para o que havia sido passado e todo o problema foi resolvido. Como sugestão de melhoria acredito que poderia haver alguém disponível para resolver essas questão 24hrs por dia.

Acredito que dê pra melhorar principalmente em questão de limpeza. O banheiro estava com bastante lodo na parede, voltava muito cheiro quando ligava o exaustor do banheiro. Nosso lençol tinha algumas manchinhas. Café da manhã com opção de ser escolhido no cardápio e algumas coisas na bancada.

Razoável. Localização boa, café bom e atendimento bons. Não gostei de não ter recepção à noite, quarto sem secador de cabelos , banheiro extremamente pequeno. Existiam outros quartos melhores, o meu deixou a desejar. check out 11 horas da manha, ou seja, muito menos de 24 horas de estadia.

Boa estadia, pousada simples mas de bom custo x benefício e localização. Café da manhã disponível é básico, com pratos quentes feitos na hora. Quarto de tamanho razoável, com um problema, tem uma janela de vidro na divisa com o banheiro, sempre que alguém acende a luz bate no olho de quem está na cama, ruim principalmente de madrugada.

Bom custo benefício

Nossa estadia foi muito positiva e agradável, o quarto estava super limpinho e cheiroso, o atendimento é ótimo e o café da manhã apesar de não ter muitas variedades é completo, com fruta, pão, bolo que estava delicioso, iogurte e cereais e o mais legal é que você pode escolher algumas opções como tapioca, misto quente, ovos etc...que são preparados na hora e tudo fresquinho. Agora os pontos a serem levados em consideração, são que o hotel NÃO possui estacionamento fechado, e isso nos deixou um pouco apreensivos no check in, pois essa informação não estava clara na descrição de hospedagem! O hotel tem 2 vagas em frente a que é de quem chegar primeiro irá estacionar, e fica na rua, que apesar de ser muito tranquila, não gostamos dessa ideia de deixar o carro totalmente exposto na rua sem nenhuma fiscalização. Outra informação relevante, que o hotel não tem culpa, é que a localização realmente é excelente, porém fica próximo do aeroporto e os aviões passaram bem baixinho fazendo um barulho que pode incomodar um pouco sim não vou negar. Fora esses detalhes não temos nada do que reclamar o preço é justo pela comodidade.

Foi boa, fora a cama que era bem dura; e não havia edredon, só aquelas cobertinhas finas de veludo. E o chuveiro ou super quente ou frio. Afora esses detalhes, que considero importantes, o hotel é charmoso, tem um staff receptivo e é super bem localizado!
