I was not planning to leave a review, but for the sake of the following guest I believe I should, the outside property is really well maintained, lobby and reception really nice and cleaned, very nice putting together a convenience store-ish in the lobby, the pool deck is really nice and clean, but the room was was given, very spacious, nice little kitchen with a frigobar & microwave, well put together, bathroom is kinda spacious actually! Bedroom, the bedroom was a major turned off for me, the smell of mold coming out of the closet made my allergies really bad, even though I closed the doors the smell was very strong, on the nightstand there was a phone that didn’t work, no lampshade on the nightstand, so no convenience of turning light off when one go to sleep you have to get up and walk few steps to turn off, to me was not that big of deal I used my phone flashlight light to returned to the bed, but what if it was an elderly? Or a pregnant woman? I think it should be part of any room for safety and comfort, nice size tv on the bedroom, Breakfast was very nice puttered together lots of choices and everything seems to be very fresh, the people that worked there was extremely friendly! Restaurant, I order room service one night and the food was extremely good!!! 10/10 for food and service provided. Great location, quiet area, great staff…

Though this Blue Tree Towers is rated 3.5 stars, It's overrated. The suite has a decent floorplan, though modestly sized. However, the furniture was not only minimalistic, it was also worn down to the point of showing holes in the office chair. There was only a small loveseat and a single chair at the breakfast table. The bedroom was the only well kept room and the queen bed was nicely appointed and dressed. The kitchen faucet was dripping quite a bit. The shower temperature was just tepid, though the water at the sink was hot. The breakfast was OK, with few choices and in a rather dark room. Overall, there are better choices in town at this price level.

Hospedagem com péssimas comodidades. Na primeira noite solicitei um cobertor, que nao havia no quarto e nao foi fornecido, sob alegacão de que não havia sobrando. Fazia muito frio a noite, sem ar quente no quarto nem cobertor, foi impossível dormir. Como um hotel não tem roupa de cama suficiente para todos os hospeder? Não estava solicitando um segundo cobertor, mas sim o primeiro. O café da manhã muito simples, mas muito, não pode ser classificado nem como bom. Péssimo em tudo.

Já fiquei outras vezes no hotel, e dessa vez me colocaram em quarto bem velho. Não me passaram nenhuma informação no check in sobre o café da manhã, sobre o Wi-Fi. Mas o que realmente me incomodou foi que é uma funcionária entrou no meu quarto enquanto eu estava dentro da suíte, e quis olhar o frigobar no meio da estadia. Eu achei super mal educado.

Hospedagem ótima lugar amplo e grande com quarto na sala e no quarto. Lugar silencioso pelo menos no andar onde tive hospedado. Profissionais atenciosos da recepção e limpeza. O restaurante deixa a desejar onde pedi duas refeições e a última a picanha não estava boa. Café da manhã no mesmo lugar do restaurante é muito bom, mas dependendo do horário pode ter poucas opções ou até com gosto de requentado.
