It would be good if they had somebody speaking English in the front desk. Anyway, it is possible to make it understand in Spanish. Good location in Moema with good options to go for lunch. Quiet area. Clean room

I felt unsafe! The door codes are not changed. It was my third time at this property and I realized the door code was the same as last time. In addition another guest tried to get into my room (this person had the code) saying the room was booked for her. Super disappointing! In addition lamp was broken, toilet was not in good condition.

The location is very good, walking distance to most amenities including the Catholic Church. Staff of the property are welcoming except that communication is limited to Portuguese only. Kitchen utensils are old and not enough. Bed lights are too bright.

Vale a pena!

Foi muito boa. Pena que alguns itens de facilidade do banheiro estavam quebrados como suporte de shampoo, sabonete que tivemos que deixar no chão. As imagens do imóvel anunciadas não foram 100% o que encontramos. Sacada sem os móveis mostrados nas fotos. No geral foi muito boa e o local excelente.

Localização boa. Prédio moderno, apt espaçoso. Porém encontramos um fio dental pendurado na parede do banheiro ao lado do vaso. Com certeza o apto foi limpado porcamente. Ficamos com nojo o resto da estadia.

No geral foi uma boa estadia, porém como tenho costume de me hospedar nesse local, achei que faltou alguns itens de comodidade como já observei em outros quartos, e o chuveiro poderia ter um jato mais forte com em outros quartos

Bom custo benefício. Usei apenas para dormir, então serviu bem. Ache o quarto pequeno (fiquei no 2009) e as instalações pareciam um pouco velhas e sem o cuidado que deveriam receber. Mas isso não me atrapalhou

Boa opção

Quarto novo e bem decorado com boa localização. Para l check in não ser o número de confirmação da Hotéis.com, tem que pedir pelo WhatsApp do Charlie o que não é muito prático, mas deu certo. O quarto tem black out mas não é 100% e de manhã fica muito claro e tem barulho da rua, não tem vídeo anti ruído.

Studio excelente para solo ou casal

A qualidade dos móveis e design do studio é excelente! Além disso, a área de lazer é muito completa, contando com academia muito nova e bem equipada. Um ponto de atenção é que o anúncio falava que caberiam até 3 pessoas, mas o studio é muito pequeno. Somente funcionaria para três pessoas se fosse um casal e uma criança (poderiam deixar isso mais claro no anúncio). Além disso, o sofá-cama também não é dos melhores. Então, acredito que o studio funciona muito bem para quem estiver sozinho ou para casal. Um último ponto de atenção é que a plataforma do Charlie não conseguiu importar a reserva do Hoteis.com. Mas quando entrei em contato com o Charlie via Whatsapp fui muito bem atendido e consegui fazer o check in rapidamente. No geral, recomendo e pretendo voltar a me hospedar.

Ótimo apartamento. Pontos de atenção relevantes: comunicação apenas por robô, foi muito difícil cair em um humano para resolver de fato nosso problema. Não há isolamento acústico, dessa maneira, escuta todo movimento da rua durante a noite. Fora isso, o apartamento é ótimo. Cama super confortável, banheiro ótimo também.
