The apartment is located 3 minutes from the Metro Faria Lima and 10 minutes from Vila Madalena, has all the indispensable items for a comfortable stay in Sao Paulo. Full kitchen, iron and ironing board. Cable TV and Wi-fi very fast, double bed, bed linen and bath smelling and hair dryer. Free ground floor laundry. The building's gym is brand new and the concierge is 24 hrs. The building has a garage.
