Great hotel. Fantastic breakfast and very nice rooms. Staff was excellent. Most was Really good…but as usual, the annoyances get more text. Frustrating Downsides: Television was smart tv and difficult to just get regular channels. No tv guide provided. So just a battle to watch anything…should be easy not complicated. Also lamps by bed are operated by the telephone…and when that was finally figured out…plugged phone in to charge overnight…turning off lights also turned off phone charger.

Yes, wonderful breakfast, excellent, service, kind and very professional people. They are business friendly and talk to you. Nobody is cold. There are shops around, several stores in the first floor of United Nation Building next door. Iguatemi mall is very close by.

The staff was great, from the front desk to the restaurant team and house keepers. However, the building is in need of attention. The windows do not block any sound meaning it’s very noisy in the upper floors, with lots of traffic most of the night. The gym and Sauna are very dated, too. One night one of the guests set of a fire alarm so we had to evacuate the rooms. The emergency exit signs led us into a courtyard and the exit door (with an “emergency exit” sign on it happened to be locked with a padlock so it was impossible to exit the premises. Luckily the alarm was set off in error but this could have been a problem had there been a real reason to evacuate.

Hotel is located in a very good neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Very good breakfast and restaurant. However, the conditions of the room need improvement (stained walls, second category towels, bad lightning), maybe a renovation should be considered.

This hotel met my definition of luxury and class. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. I ordered room service two nights in a row. The food portions were fulfilling and the preparation and taste was perfect both times.
