O hotel, de um modo geral, é muito bom. Muito boa relação custo benefício. Localização excelente, ao lado do shopping Ibirapuera. A área do café da manhã, no entanto, foi insuficiente para o número de hóspedes, havia espera para mesas.

Ótima estadia

Hotel em excelente estado. Quartos confortáveis com móveis impecáveis. Corredores amplos com paredes revestidas com papel parede (tudo novinho). Café da manhã bem servido com várias opções de alimentos. Ótima localização. Ao lado do Shopping Ibirapuera, muito próximo do aeroporto de Congonhas. Vários restaurantes próximos ao hotel.

Hotel limpo e bem localizado

Hotel muito bem localizado e de alto padrão. Possui estacionamento por um preço muito alto. O quarto tinha um tamanho ótimo, mas o banheiro muito pequeno, principalmente o local para banho. Chuveiro ruim.

bom atendimento, serviços, etc, unico problema grave mesmo é a falta de pressao de agua no chuveiro do 1433, mas fui informado que estão trocando, o que me faria pensar duas vezes em me hospedar novamente pois é muito ruim de tomar banho o chuveiro é pessimo mesmo! De resto tudo ok

Hotel de muito bom gosto.

A equipe está muito bem preparada para fazer os atendimentos e são muito simpáticos. Senti um desafio operacional na logística do chekin devido ao número de hóspedes chegando ao mesmo tempo, mais a equipe tirou de letra , se virou nos 30 e resolveu com classe. Têm o meu respeito!

Infelizmente o estacionamento é cobrado, deveria ser uma cortesia para o hóspede. Ficamos por 1noite, pois o hotel q costumamos nos hospedar estava cheio. E detalhe: não cobra estacionamento.

Parabens, suite top!!!!

Vale muito a pena, ficamos na ala nova na melhor suíte, check in rápido e perfeito, ganhamos welcome drinks para o Restaurante Fogo de Chao, todos os funcionários mega atenciosos, a suíte é excelente para casais muito embora estivemos com o nosso filho pequeno ele adorou pq e bem espaçosa com ante sala, 2 televisores. Recomendo muito!!!

Decepcionante fui roubada no hotel

Na sexta feira dia do meu check out, abri o cofre e peguei as duas pilhas e iria colocar tudo na mala, quando notei que uma pilha estava ligeiramente menor do que a outra, então resolvi contar o dinheiro, para minha surpresa não estavam mais 14 mil reais lá , e sim 10400 reais ao olhar atras do cofre verifiquei que o mesmo estava arrombado e solto,detalhe estavam parecida as pilhas ou seja quem pegou teve o cuidado de tirar proporcionalmente o valor das duas pilhas a fim de eu não perceber na hora do check out Comuniquei o recepcionista sr Romeu as 11 da manhã e o mesmo falou que ia verificar com a segurança e com sei gerente, Sr joao e iriam me dar uma posição, queria chamar a polícia me pediram pra não alarmar e aguardar que eu iria ter uma posição, fiquei até as 22 da noite e nada nenhuma posição, ninguém entrou comigo no meu quarto pra ver que o cofre estava arrombado nada ,somente falaram que estavam vendo as câmeras, nessa hora minha esposa que estava grávida já estava desesperada e chorando e pois estávamos a 11 horas plantado no hotel e esperando resposta é nada. Foi quando as 22 a gerente de plantão sr Solange e o sr Jeová chefe de segurança se prontificaram pra ir ao meu apartamento verificar o cofre arrombado, verificaram e me falaram que precisavam apurar os fatos, falei com o advogado da empresa Sr marcelo José de Sousa e o mesmo me pediu um tempo até domingo me posicionar sobre o ocorrido, porém eu chamei a polícia as 23 horas e até hj dia 30/12 nada
