Infelizmente o local é muito bom mas o serviço de apoio e os problemas que enfrentei foram abaixo do nível de crítica. Levei 1h para conseguir ter uma resposta da administradora. Meus registros não estavam na portaria e tive que ficar 1h na rua até que consegui entrar no predio. Ao chegar no apartamento a fechadura eletrônica estava sem bateria e tive problema novamente para falar com a administradora. Foram mais 45 min. Enviaram um técnico que demorou mais 30 min e não conseguiu resolver o problema e teve que ir ao escritório buscar uma chave para abrir. Depois de 3 horas aguardando a solução o técnico teve que arrombar a porta pq não tinha a chave para abrir. Foram no total 4:30 horas aguardando para poder entrar dentro do apartamento.

No es lo que ofrecen

La habitación decía tener 3 camas, reservamos para 3 adultos, pero al llegar era una sola cama y debajo de la cama unos supuestos colchones supletorios que eran de los más ordinarios e incómodos. Imposible para dormir ahí!!! Ponías un dedo en el colchón y se hundía hasta el piso. Las almohadas de la cama no tenían todas fundas!
