Everything was excellent until the last day when we noticed my wife was missing a very expensive jeans from her luggage, whoever clean the room stole this from our luggage, I went to the front desk trying to find a manager to find out what was going on and surprised there wasn’t any manager around to handle this situation, very disappointed with all this, sadly because before they happened everything was perfect, Hilton has to check who did the room 1507 on Friday march 6th because that person stole from our belongings.

The hotel needs to replace the beds. The beds squeezed and you can feel any movements while sleeping. The quick solve of putting a pillow top did not fix the issue.. only covered the problem superficially

It is not the first time I stayed in this hotel. Even though it was Ok in a general sense, my wife and I got very much disappointed because the level of the breakfast dropped very much. We have always waited for the "tapiocas" (typical brazilian food) and also "omeletes" (sort of ellaborated scrambled egg) that were prepared at our request. We were given the excuse for not preparing it anymore because some custumers would ask for it and take it to eat later, during the day outside the hotel. Well, I am sure that only a minority would do that, but why punish everybody by the error of some customers? I wish the hotel reviewed their decision on this matter which makes all the difference

Quarto com barulho contínuo vindo do ar condicionado e um barulho contínuo semelhante a martelada. O estacionamento apesar de validado na recepção foi cobrado no “sem parar” no valor de R$ 76,00 a diária. Avisei ao recepcionista que iria solicitar reembolso mas nada ocorreu. Não volto nunca mais.
