Todo pessoal muito atencioso. Como cheguei cedo e não tive como fazer early checkin por estarem todos quartos ainda ocupados, me ofereceram sala de estar para aguardar o checkin ( coisa rara na maioria dos hotéis). O café da manhã é bem servido e pessoal muito hospitaleiro, no último dia me atrasei muito e havia acabado o café, a Rosa fez um pouco mais mesmo estando em cima do horário de término. Até mesmo a recepção de estacionamento ( mesmo não utilizando este) me ajudou com táxi qdo não tive bom atendimento de Uber. Isso sem contar localização muito perto do metrô Santana e a portaria 24 horas

Sim, acomodações limpa e organizada, poucos funcionários no geral para atendimento, mas atenciosos e educados. O ar condicionado do quarto manual, ou seja, não tem controle, e as luzes do quarto acende manualmente, devido o sistema de cartão eletrônico indisponível. O serviço de quarto o funcionário não utilizou o sistema de passa pratos, ocasionando desconforto.

Hotel muito bom. Não é luxuoso, mas é muito confortável e com um ótimo atendimento. Ressalto aqui o atendimento da senhora Rosa, responsável pelo café da manhã. Foi extremamente prestativa, simpática e atenciosa. Recomendo este hotel e retornaria em uma possível nova viagem a São Paulo.
