Good hotel, good place to sleep. It’s not close to anything as it is just alongside the highway, but a clean and nice place to sleep.

Comfortable hotel, nice bed excellent breakfast

Service was a little stiff upin arrival and we were charged twice for our drinks. Issue was easily resolved in the morning tho. Room was well decorated and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.Would return if needed.

Loved the hotel in general. The bathroom situation needs to get fixed though. The water from the shower doesn’t drain properly. It’s definitely a hotel for one night, before or after traveling. Nothing more. The setup is also very modern, i liked that a lot. The staff is very young and seem inexperienced. They weren’t as accommodating. Also, organizing an airport shuttle would be great.

My stay was a birthday gift I got from a client with whom I've worked for several years. We have grown to share many personal stories, so my client knew I was having trouble sleeping because of noise in my area. So the stay was a gift for me so I could have a better night sleep. However, there was constant noise coming from other rooms. I fell asleep only after 00:30, then I woke up at 4:30 a.m. to the sound of doors being constantly slammed. My alarm was set to 7:30 a.m., so I spent 3 hours trying to get some rest, unsuccessfully. I didn't call the reception to complain because I didn't want to go through the trouble of packing all my belongings and changing rooms! In the morning, I was feeling terrible and exhausted. At check-out, I explained my situation at the reception desk, but the two receptionists who were there, at a time when the reception was empty with no other guests, they told me there was nothing they could do. They just gave me the hotel's card and said I should call later. I asked if I could speak to the manager, but they said THERE WAS NO MANAGER ON SATURDAYS! Allegedly, the hotel has no manager on weekends! This is unimaginable! I was courteous all the time, and just tried to speak to someone responsible for the hotel and for the guests' well-being, but there was just no one to help me. So, I had a bad experience, which was supposed to be my birthday present, and the staff aren't willing to listen.

O que me incomodou muito foi o barulho de torneira/chuveiro durante vários períodos na madrugada, tipo 1h da manhã, 3h da manhã e 7da manhã, dava para ouvir tudo no quarto, conversas e barulhos.
