Good value, a bit rusty, friendly staff

Ibis is safe, you always know what to expect. But the staff was very friendly, and the shower was a bit worn out, with leakages, nothing much, nothing too serious. Overall it was a good value stay.

NEVER AGAIN!

DO NOT STAY HERE! It started w pick up from airport. Driver was too lazy to get out of bus to even open luggage space in back. People just got on with ALL their luggage...no room to sit, people were standing holding small children. Unsafe. Even though they will pick you up for free, no information given about it costing $10 per person to go back to airport. Checking in was extremely slow...extremely slow. After waiting 2 hours for bus to pick us up, check in took over an hour! A few people were in line, also... but, it should never have taken that long! Our room was absolutely awful. The bed only had a box spring with a thin foam pad on it. No exaggeration. Room was dark, dirty. Towels were ratty and really worn. Bathroom was gross. Plus, some "interesting " women showed up to meet some men in lobby.

Hotel muito confortável e bem localizado. Oferecem o transfer gratuito ida/volta para o aeroporto GRU, porém é terceirizado e não há indicação CLARA no microônibus com NOME do hotel. Foi uma demora imensa no aeroporto pq toda vez q ligava no hotel me davam uma informação diferente. Mas no fim, deu certo. MICROÔNIBUS prata escrito AYRA na lateral.

Toda a experiência foi ótima, atendimento na cozinha foi excelente inclusive. Meu único problema foi durante a madrugada crianças brincando e gritando dentro do quarto, mas isto foi o hóspede que estava ao lado e não tem nada a ver com o Hotel.
