The place was under construction. Never been informed when I made a reservation. It’s dusty, noisy, and it’s a mess.

They said that there was no romm available for 3 people. We paid for two rooms but one of the rooms was with beds for three. I was too tired to discuss and restart check in.

The staff in this hotel were "amazingly friendly and very caring. The hotel room were very small and the beds were very small and used single foam not mattress. For an elderly its very dangerous as they can sit and the whole foam can collapse. There is no hand or face towels just 2 bath towel. There was no cleaning of the room till the 3rd day of stay. The elevator fits about 2-4 but very small and slow specially when your on the top floor. The breakfast was dissapointing. Was expecting lots of fresh fruits but only watermelon sitting from overnights as the sides are dried out and hard melons as well as mushy pineapples. The bread was hard and the eggs were mixed with some other products that didn't taste like eggs. The fresh juice tasted from concentrated. The best part was the coffee machine made great cappuccino. The price was fair and location was good next to supermarket and mall and transportation.

Básico bem feito!

Excelente estadia! Ibis com padrão Ibis! Entrega o que propõe, estadia prática, sem luxo, mas é o básico bem feito. Bastante cordialidade na recepção, no café da manhã e da camareira. Café da manhã bem servido. Serviço de valet (diária 30,00) também com ótimo atendimento, educados e prestativos. Nada como ter funcionários bem treinados e simpáticos.
