Não vale a pena

Cama minúscula, mal cabem dois adultos. O hotel tem restaurante mas chegamos a noite e era notável a má vontade da garçonete. Pedimos duas saladas, 40 minutos de espera e trouxe apenas uma. Não se desculpou pelo equívoco e simplesmente saiu. Cancelamos a segunda salada e dividimos a única que veio. No estacionamento também os funcionários são ríspidos e grosseiros. Café da manhã pago e com frutas passadas e poucas opções. Hotel caro para a pouca qualidade que entrega. Só estava limpo.

Considerações importantes.

Tive um contratempo com cobrança de valor indevido e logo após cobrança duplicada de consumo no restaurante. Atendente despreparado e grosseiro (não sei o nome, cabelo pintado com mechas claras). E também o atendente / segurança na porta do restaurante, grosseiro e nada cordial (não sei o nome, alto com barba modelo queixo). Gerente da noite (mulher, não sei o nome) ao invés de me ajudar, me fez nova cobrança alegando que o caixa estava negativo, gerando então a duplicidade de pagamento. Apenas a Srta Diana me ajudou no dia seguinte e também a atendente Karina que foi bastante cordial. E também manobristas com direção perigosa, correndo com veículos (alta velocidade) no corredor de manobra cheio de crianças e pais. Sempre procuro me hospedar na rede IBIS pelo conforto, preço justo, café farto. E pretendo continuar me hospedando. Portanto acho pertinente registrar minhas considerações como forma de feed-back de uma cliente que preza pela boa convivência. Atenciosamente, Francielle Costa
