Hotel was an excellent choice, from location in a quiet and accessible area, restaurants around, good service and great room space, bed, tv...everything. I would recommend it as a great option to evaluate for staying in Sao Paulo.

Quarto bom, hotel ok

Chegamos após uma viagem longa e, ao tentar fazer o check-in, fomos informados de que o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Pediram para que aguardássemos cerca de 30 minutos. Reservamos um quarto com três camas de solteiro e, nesse ponto, não tenho do que reclamar. As camas são confortáveis e maiores que as de solteiro padrão. E o quarto e o banheiro estavam limpos. O café da manhã é simples e poderia ser melhor. Já me hospedei em hotéis 2 ou 3 estrelas com opções mais variadas e completas. O rooftop com piscina é muito bonito, especialmente à noite com as luzes acesas. Não utilizei a piscina por causa do frio em São Paulo, mas ela aparentava estar limpa. A academia também é simples, mas parece bem equipada. A localização é boa, com diversos restaurantes e mercadinhos perto, o que facilita nossa vida. No check-out, pedi para ficar um pouco mais no quarto e nos permitiram sair até as 13h — o que achei justo, considerando que também só conseguimos entrar após o horário de check-in. Resumão, acredito que seja possível encontrar hotéis melhores na mesma faixa de preço. Por ser 4 estrelas, eu esperava mais. Considerando as instalações, o quarto e especialmente o café da manhã, me parece mais adequado classificá-lo como um hotel 3 estrelas.

O barulho no corredor dos quartos é constante….camareiras falando alto, rádio de comunicação, atendente de frigobar e hóspedes sem nenhuma educação. Bem difícil descansar. Hotel diz que o Room Service é 24h, o que não é verdade. Tentei pedir as 10:30 e fui informado que não estavam atendendo.

Visita à São Paulo

Hotel limpo e silencioso; local tranquilo com entorno limpo e com pouca movimentação no final de semana. Próximo ao hotel encontramos um mercado, farmácia, padaria e restaurantes. O único problema com o hotel foi a falta de cobertores e toalhas de rosto no primeiro dia, mas o problema foi resolvido após comunicação com a recepção. Achamos os preços dos produtos do frigobar e os pratos preparados pelo restaurante elevados.

Achei o hotel bem localizado, limpo, banho excelente, café da manhã bem bom. O único ponto, fui em julho e o quarto era gelado, o cobertor fino (pedi um extra, fui prontamente atendida), mas para São Paulo seria essencial que o ar condicionado tivesse o modo aquecimento. De resto, tudo excelente.

Bom, mas pode melhorar.

Adoro a Rede Intercity, por questões logísticas passei três dias no Intercity Taubaté e Três dias no Intercity Berrini. A diferença foi gritante entre os dois hotéis. O Berrini atende o básico, mas o café deixa a desejar e o conforto da unidade também.

Sobre a limpeza não há o que falar, senti apenas o colchão não muito confortável as molas incomodam , e ao chegar no quarto embora verificasse limpo senti um pouco cheiro de umidade, mas no conjunto foi bom .café da manhã excelente, localização muito boa , e bom custo benefício.

Ficamos acomodados no quarto 709. Pontos Positivos: - Quarto limpo e amplo - a ducha é excelente Pontos negativos: - Cheiro de fomo - Apenas 1 coberta disponível para um quarto para duas pessoas e pior que estava com alguns rasgos. Quando solicitei outra coberta na primeira noite segundo a recepção o hotel não tinha coberta extra para repor. Complicado em pelo junho em SP. - falta placa de identificação dos alimentos no café da manhã, isso complicado para quem restrições alimentares.

Nós realmente ficamos muito insatisfeitos com a estadia, imaginávamos um condição muito melhor, para um hotel da rede Intercity. Começou com o manobrista em condições de higiene pessoal bem abaixo do normal. Deixou cheiro de CC no carro. Exterior do quarto com sinais de infiltração. Interior do quarto com péssima luminosidade, sem porta toalhas no WC, box de WC, complemente ineficiente pois molhou todo o banheiro. Restaurante caríssimo e café da manhã bem abaixo de outros hotéis de mesmo segmento.

Boa experiência. Já fiquei hospedado por diversas vezes na rede Intercity e também neste hotel. Desta vez achei precária a manutenção do banheiro, com o registro das torneiras da ducha espanados dificultando o abrir e fechar. Também notei um vazamento oriundo do cano de descarga acoplado no vaso sanitário. Odor forte de urina também proveniente do vaso sanitário. No restante, tudo perfeito. Jogo de toalhas limpo e macio, café da manhã impecável e simpatia dos colaboradores.
