Great business hotel

Good, clean rooms with very good space for one person. Very good showers with quick and plentiful hot water. Convenient light and air conditioning switches by the bed. Truly excellent breakfast with good selection of hot and cold dishes, pastries, breads, yoghurt, fruits. Little vegetables though. Safe area with many restaurants and shops close by.

This place has a great location and a terrific breakfast. The staff is very efficient and professional. The room, however, was small with only one outlet that was not compatible with my IPhone charger. In addition to that, the TV is attached so high in the wall hurting my posture and eye sight.

Clean, plentiful hot water, excellent breakfast

I chose this hotel because it was ideally located for my business purposes. It is not a luxury hotel but I was pleasantly surprised because it was clean, the shower delivered plentiful hot water quickly, and the breakfast was excellent with complete cold and hot entree selections, great food and pastries. I tried rebooking on hotels.com but it indicated it was sold out. That was a lie. I contacted the hotel directly and was able to easily book a room. So if you want a specific hotel, don't rely on hotels.com.

I enjoyed my stay but it is a bit far from other sites of attraction. It is however close to several restaurants and shopping. Staff was really nice and our room was clean. It is great that breakfast is included as well. Our room was a bit small but the great service and cleaning made it a comfortable stay.

Excellent location, decent hotel, but rooms are small and beds are small as well and the wifi is pretty bad. The a/c in the rooms are the old window kind, very noisy. Awesome pillows, good shower, and brreakfast is decent. The hotel garage for parking is convenient. Overall not great but not too bad either.

Floor in room not very clean. Very noisy - no sound proofing on any walls so lots of disturbance from traffic outside and other guests inside. No way to control the temperature of the room- the aircon is fixed and is quite cold

Solicitamos já no check-in algo simples para um café às 5h30, pois precisaríamos sair cedo. Deixamos contatos na recepção aguardando retorno, mas ninguém nos informou nada. Saímos no sábado sem tomar café, e só depois soubemos que o gerente não autorizou. O pior não foi a negativa, mas a falta total de comunicação. Bastaria oferecer opções simples, como biscoitos ou torradas embaladas. Atendimento falhou nesse ponto.

Hotel bem localizado!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, muito próximo a Rua Pinheiros que tem vários restaurantes, hamburguerias e padarias. Ele também fica muito próximo ao metrô Faria Lima, bairro muito seguro. O hotel sem sí é confortável, atendimento excelente, foram muito gentis em liberar o quarto pra mim antes do horário previsto para o check-in. O café da manhã não tem muita variedade, mas alimenta bem, o básico! O quarto tem uma cama muito confortável, um chuveiro potente, tv acabo com acesso a internet. Quarto pequeno, mas confortável.

Foi quase perfeito!

Hotel limpo, bem localizado, funcionários educados e prestativos, quarto de ótimo tamanho e atendeu tudo que precisava. Café da manhã no último andar e com vista bem agradável. Minha única reclamação é sobre o sistema de ar condicionado que é antigo e me acordou na madrugada com barulho muito alto. Como fiquei no primeiro andar, o barulho da rua me incomodou bastante para dormir ( sugiro janelas anti ruído e a modernização dos aparelhos de ar condicionado). Fiquei no apt 110. Informei na recepção sobre o ocorrido. Me disseram que a manutenção resolveria, porém na noite seguinte, acordei novamente com um barulho menor mas ainda com barulho. Me foi sugerido trocar de quarto mas já estava para ir embora e decidi ficar no mesmo. A última noite que dormi melhor pois não liguei o ar-condicionado e como era Domingo, havia menos movimento de buzinas e motos.
