The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good. There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent. I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room, but in my view this should be available in all rooms as standard.

A great place to stay - lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to hospitals and other amenities. Staff was very helpful. Wonderful restaurant in the premises.

The noise level from cars and bikes on the road is extremely high. There is trash on the halways, there is always something left behind, like towels, trash, etc.

Hotel building and properties were well maintained and updated. Staff at the desk was friendly but english was poor. Restaurant staff was down right rude and inhospitable. Food was good but service negatively impacted the review. Concierge or at the door person had to be convinced to get us a cab.

Hotel com uma equipe de recepção e portaria incrível. Piscina excelente falta apenas colocar um relógio. Quarto muito bom mas o que ficou a desejar foi o serviço de camareira que não era bom . Camas mal arrumadas, lençois em condições ruins, Serviço feito quase que no final do dia. O quarto precisa receber algumas adapetações como ganchos pois não existe nada em que possamos pendurar uma peça de roupa seja no banheiro ou no quarto . Café Illy para conforto dos hospedes ( excelente escolha). Mas no geral gostei da experiência.

Hotel antigo, sem reformas ! Banheiro extremamente sujo, mesmo após revisão e limpeza diária , eles não se preocupam em higienizar de maneira correta os cantos dos banheiros , com restos de catarro e cabelo .

Viajei com minhas filhas, e fiquei agradavelmente surpreso que já havia uma cama extra arrumada para a filha menor, bem como mimos esperando por ela. Foi uma maneira muito especial do hotel nos receber. Além disso, a piscina é ótima, os quartos tem bom isolamento acústico, um bom blackout nas janelas e um ótimo chuveiro. No geral foi uma ótima estadia. Importante apontar que há duas estações de metrô próximas ao hotel.

Um ano depois, nada mudou. E se não mudou, piorou

Pouco mais de um ano depois da minha última estada no hotel e após uma resposta padrão da gerência à avaliação que fiz naquela oportunidade, voltamos a nos hospedar no Mercure Pinheiros na expectativa de que alguma coisa havia sido feita para mitigar os pontos que foram objetos das minhas críticas e que chamei de "senões" naquela avaliação. Todavia, nada mudou... A prática do estacionamento terceirizado que onera também os hóspedes, o café da manhã que continua a não oferecer sucos naturais, o box no banheiro do quarto com sinais de mofo no rejunte dos azulejos, o assento do vaso sanitário de péssima qualidade e com apoios faltando e um adesivo parcialmente retirado da porta de entrada do quarto evidenciam a falta de zelo e confirmam a falta de relação entre o discurso utilizado na resposta à avaliação e as efetivas e necessárias ações que dariam alguma robustez àquelas palavras que falaram de "oportunidades de melhoria" de forma descompromissada. Por essa falta de compromisso entre o discurso e a prática, reduzi minha avaliação em relação à avaliação passada, que só não foi pior, por que o staff do hotel permanece "salvando" a experiência de ser uma completa decepção. Todavia, é pouco provável que voltemos a nos hospedar nesse hotel.
