Bem localizado e satisfatório

Hotel bem localizado, estação de metrô, as principais lojas e Rua 25 de Março próximos. Quarto bem acomodado, com minibar (o que me fez fechar a reserva), café da manhã satisfatório para o valor pago. Cama boa e wi-fi satisfatório. O único ponto de atenção é quanto ao tamanho da TV no quarto, muito pequena, pelo menos no quarto que fiquei. Mas volto com certeza!

Usado para um pernoite entre conexões. Atendeu plenamente as necessidades. Não é um hotel de luxo, mas com bom padrão três estrelas. Boa opção para quem necessita um pernoite na região do aeroporto de Guarulhos e quer um tarifa boa.

Bom serviço prestado pelos funcionarios!

No aeroporto tem um transfer (microonibus) que cobra pelo serviço. Esquecemos 1 casaco no microonibus e nos enviaram por Correios, ficamos muitos satisfeitos pela idoneidade dos funcionários. Porém, nas imediações tem muitas pessoas em situação de rua inclusive dormindo na porta do hotel! Camas campanha muito desconfortáveis, toalhas e roupas de cama em estado precário. Banheiro sujo e o piso também.

Péssima escolha

Infelizmente me arrependi muito de ter reservado esse hotel. Pela primeira vez não concordei com a classificação do Hotéis.com (boa). Cheguei tarde apenas para passar a noite e seguir para conexão em Guarulhos no dia seguinte. Localização péssima, com Mendigos e travessia na porta, pessoas mal encaradas na rua. Me senti insegura. O quarto péssimo, cama com colchão velho e ruim. Apenas 02 travesseiros também ruins. Parede suja, buracos e remendos na cortina. Chuveiro fraco, desregulado, barulhento. Enfim, se pudesse voltar pagaria um pouco mais por um hotel melhor.

Horrível!

O quarta era péssimo, cheirava super mal e as toalhas de banho eram desgastadas e encardidas. A unica coisa boa foi a localização, bem no centro da cidade e com mtas lojinhas em volta pra nos distrair. Outra coisa horrível foi o fato de não ter água para beber, achamos um absurdo isso!

Ruim mesmo. Não vale o preço baixo.

Banheiro com resíduo de produto de limpeza no piso. Chuveiro que não esquenta. Atendimento não ligou na hora de despertar. Pegadinha de translado - um de graça e outro cobrado. Confusão entre motoristas do translado sobre passagem no terminal 4. Atendente brincando com motorista na frente do cliente em tom inadequado.

Vale apena

Gostei muito da localização( perto de muita lojas, lanchonetes, restaurante, ônibus, a tarde as 18 tem feiras de roupas muito mais barro que as lojas, vale apena espera). A única coisa que não gostei foi a lâmpada do quarto estava queimado, o ar muito barulhento. O café da manhã excelente. E a recepção excelente. Para minha primeira vez votei muito. Há um detalhe muito interessante meu voo chegou 3 horas antes do previsto. Mesmo assim o hotel guardou as malas até o horário combinando. E eu é minha esposa passeamos pela região, SEM perigo de assaltos.Voltarei lá só prata fazer compras. Tem translado para o aeroporto R$ 14,00/ família.
