Located 50 minutes from São Paulo, with excellent access, near the Dom Pedro I Highway, area of ​​56. 000 m, country house, rustic style, with 900 meters of construction with two balconies, facing the dam, with 4 bedrooms , comfortable beds for 15 people, 2 suites, 3 bathrooms with shower, 2 grills, pizza oven, refrigerator, freezer, kitchen equipped with utensils, satellite dish, 2 fireplaces, games room with foosball table, card, table tennis and pool table, covered garage for four cars, space for boat and jet-ski, swimming pool with waterfall and whirlpool. In gated community. Near horse and Marinas. Large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and stairs. Careful weekly strictly with PH control. Artesian well. We stay for up to 17 people and we do not accept pets.

Só achei que faltou o acesso com Jetski a represa , a casa tem acesso a represa mas o Jetski não passa e tmb falta um wi-fi , pois o sinal de internet é bem ruim e o wi-fi ajudaria bastante
