This hotel was really well located in one of the prime areas of São Paulo. The surroundings are really good and offer plenty options for food and stores. The flat itself is inside a known hotel Chain, but managed privately. The cleaning of the hotel itself was spotless and the breakfast buffet also very good. The cleaning of the flat not so good and there was a very strong smell inside led by the old carpet of the flat. This carpets need more regular maintenance and cleaning other than just vacuuming them. The air conditioning was also functioning poorly. Gym and rooftop was good.

O melhor do apartamento é sua localização. Fica dentro do hotel Radisson, mas você não recebe nenhum dos serviços da hotelaria, o que não é nenhum problema. O problema mesmo é a limpeza bem deficiente, "por cima" e as condições bem desgastadas do mobiliário. O preço compensa um pouco, mas procurando com calma é poss[ivel encontrar um custo benefício melhor.

Ótima suite e localização.

O check in foi descortês. A recepcionista falou que não tinha a confirmação da nossa reserva. Entrei em contato por WhatsApp com a empresa Anora, que prontamente nos encaminhou o email enviado para a recepção. O quarto foi então liberado. Ficamos no 802, ótima suite! A localização é excelente, perto de bons restaurantes e da Oscar Freire.
