We enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. Great area for tourists. Safe, clean, and lots of restaurants around. The staff spoke english which was great. A member of the staff in the reception, Denis helped us with a problem we had during our trip and I salut him!

I initially requested a basic city view room and when I arrived they gave me a room specially designed for a wheelchair bound person. Then the front desk staff tried to convince me that it was my fault for not viewing the pictures to see it was designed for a wheelchair bound person. Overall, the other staff were nice, the breakfast was good, the location was fairly ok.

O hotel é limpo e organizado, foi récem reformado e é um lugar bonito para ficar. Mas, pelo preço que é cobrado, não esperava que o café da manhã fosse tão modesto: pouquíssimas opções, era usadas apenas 2 bancadas para os alimentos. Outro ponto foi que geralmente levo alguns pertences de valor elevado e prefiro que as camareiras não arrumem o quarto - eu mesmo faço isso, já tive a 5 experiência de ser assaltado em outro hotel e não quero que se repita novamente, o problema foi que no 3 dia de estadia a governanta do hotel me manda uma mensagem dizendo que vão ter que passar no quarto sim mesmo eu colocando a placa de "não perturbe" por que é "protocolo" e o hotel funciona assim. Fui obrigado a cooperar. Acredito que pelo preço cobrado, alguns pontos podem melhorar.
