A diária é barata mais a taxa de Limpeza é o mesmo preço ! Ficar no hotel fica o mesmo preço !O Lugar precisa de pintar novamente ! Cortina muuto suja ! E de 6 da manhã até meia noite barulho de avião ! Agora o resto está bom ! Prédio é bonito .

Gosto de uma boa conversa e recepção

Muito boa, embora alguns percalços por conta de vazar água de ar condicionado na cama, faltar uma toalha(q fiz questão de repor)tudo o mais estava perfeito. Local, ambientes, academia, piscina, lavanderia e mercadinho. Ótimo.

Poderia ser melhor!

Razoável, pois o ar condicionado não refrigerava bem, o assento do vazo sanitário estava quebrado, o exaustor do banheiro estava solto, a cortina blackout deixa passar muita luz de manhã, a limpeza é apenas satisfatória, a antena da TV estava caída atras da TV. O condomínio é muito bom, mas mesmo as partes externas precisam de limpeza, como por exemplo, os pufs que estavam com sujeira de pássaros.

Boa estadia

Gostei da estadia. A cama era confortável e o chuveiro com agua bem forte na temperatura quente ou frio. Pra mim unica coisa que faltou no quarto foi um espelho de corpo inteiro, acho que isso faz diferença no quarto. A area comum do predio é otima, bem bonita, limpa e voce poder usar a piscina e academia é muito bom também.

Sensacional

Perfeito. Não temos o que falar. Os avioes de congonhas passam em cima do prédio. Porém nada disso incomoda, aliás, foi uma alegria para nossa filha. A localização, as pessoas super bem educadas do prédio, o bairro calmo e limpo, o apartamento super novo, móveis planejados, so temos que agradecer. Uma observação, a tv não funcionava pelo controle, mas não fez falta. Piscina quentr, mercados e postos proximos. Só ficaremos aqui em outras vezes por são paulo.

As instalações do prédio são ótimas. Academia, piscina e jacuzzi em ótimo estado. Localização perfeita em Moema ( lado Moema pássaros). O apartamento é básico. Só tinha uma cadeira no quarto e a cadeira não é compatível com a altura da bancada. Tinha uma lâmpada queimada também! A limpeza do banheiro também nao estava tão boa, piso e azulejos com limo.

Imóvel pequeno, más suficiente. Confortável e novo. Bem localizado e totalmente adequado para negócios. Cadeira inadequada, TV com controle ruim, um pouco distante. Barulho na rota de avião para CGH, mas não chega a atrapalhar o sono.
