Good hotel
I guess the hotel has gone through some improvement because the rooms look much clean now. The rooms in this hotel are maybe the best among the other Best Western I have stayed. Unfortunately, it is a small hotel with almost no lobby area. Breakfast included is not great, but the pizza they serve is good.

Biz as usual.
The staff members were very helpful. The room was clean and adequate for my purposes. I was traveling on business and used the internet service in the room. I ate at the restaurant twice and the food was good and the staff there was very good as well.

This hotel was conveniently located for me. Each member of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was not extravagant by any standard but it was comfortable and clean. I was at the hotel on business and it suited my needs perfectly.

Hotel muito bom mas n pude deixar de reparar a quantidade de pó no quarto ,o rádio relógio n vê um espanador há muito tempo. O que me incomodou muito foi na hora do café da manhã , não só pela falta de alimentos mas também a postura dos funcionários , riam alto , faziam piadinha um com o outro ,total falta de profissionalismo . Em outros hotéis os funcionários ficam de olho no que falta pra repor , ao contrário do Best , que faltou várias coisas ,pão de queijo ,mel ,frutas ,sucrilhos com gosto de passado ,sem crocancia ,e os funcionários lá parados rindo , deve ser da nossa cara que pagámos caro por um serviço meia boca. Se me hospedar novamente será por falta de opção.

Segunda vez que utilizo este hotel e nesta vez tivemos problemas com a chave do quarto (tive que retornar três vezes para habilitar a chave) e um amigo meu recebeu uma chave de um apartamento que já estava ocupado. Isto causou desconforto a todos.
