室内は比較的新しく清潔感がありました。 朝食のビュッフェも私たちは満足出来ました。 Lapa駅に数分で電車や地下鉄移動が楽でした。 ただ、金曜日夜、近隣のレストランバーからの爆音の音楽や客たちのはしゃぐ声が夜中までしていて寝ることが出来なかった。 金曜日夜宿泊する人はご注意ください！ 周囲にスーパーマーケットやレストランが少なく、暗くなると路地には人気がないので、街の中心街で食事や食料品購入は済ませた方が良いです。

Foi rápida só para dormir, mas me colocaram em um quarto de acessibilidade que não pedi, me hospedei com meu marido e filha de 7 anos. E senti falta do frigobar, ainda bem que estava frio e não estragou o que eu tinha comprado. O atendimento foi ótimo e rápido.

Achei que faltou o pessoal varrer o quarto, o chao estava um pouco sujo, no chao dentro do box do banheiro tinha um sabonete usado no chão, mais para descuido, sugestao de melhoria é fazer um double check, para verificar se esta tudo OK. Ponto positivo são os funcionarios da recepção e demais, comida do restaurante estava boa, nao tenho outros pontos.

Lugar razoável! Achei a infraestrutura para servir meio fraca. Sem ferro de passar nos quartos, internet instável. Não tinha nem um copinho de água mineral pra pelo menos naquele primeiro momento. Os funcionários são muito bons. Mas esses pequenos detalhes falharam.

Weirdly built rooms, the hallways reminded me of those creepy pasta stories that involve a "different dimension". My room was literally ON TOP of the garage door. Slept very badly because of noise. Middle of night I wouldn't dare request to change rooms, completely impossible. Other than that, the price matches exactly what you get. It's a fairly cheap place, nice lobby but the rooms, meh.

Boa opção em SP com baixo custo e cafe da manha 10

Tudo muito bom , mas quando você faz a reserva o hotel diz que tem estacionamento e depois te dizem que as vahas são limitas e que você deveria ligar e reservar para ter uma vaga. Isso achei absurdo. Vale lembrar que se paga o estacionamento, até ai ok.

Altos e baixos que vale considerar

Achei meio desorganizado o serviço de quarto, saí por 2h30 e deixei o aviso na porta que o quarto poderia ser limpo, infelizmente estava da mesma forma quando voltei, no segundo dia a chave do quarto parou de funcionar e só descobri que precisava renovar ela na recepção todos os dias porque tive que perguntar o motivo de não conseguir entrar no quarto já que nada foi explicado anteriormente, o que é frustrante pra um hotel sem elevador você subir 3 andares de escada e precisar descer e subir novamente para resolver algo que nem estava sabendo. A comida do hotel é gostosa, apesar de provavelmente ser algo congelado, mas achamos o preço exagerado quando comparado as quantidades, principalmente a porção de arroz que é tristemente pequena, vale mais a pena comer na região onde pagará mais barato por uma quantidade realmente maior. mas considerando todo o resto a experiência foi boa, provavelmente pediremos um quarto no primeiro andar e não novamente no terceiro já que sentimos os degraus das escadas meio altos e desconfortáveis para subir varias vezes ao dia, principalmente considerando que tenho problemas de saúde que afetam em parte minha resistência fisica. Mas eles deixam claro que não possuem elevador pelo menos estão não fomos pegos de surpresa. Apesar de tudo o atendimento é bom, as pesskas são gentis e o ambiente é intimista e confortável, fora a localização conveniente e tranquila.

Falta de Cobertores e Água Quente

Prezados, Gostaria de relatar minha experiência durante a hospedagem no hotel, na noite de 12 para 13 de junho — dois dias marcados por temperaturas extremamente baixas. Ao chegar ao quarto, encontrei disponível apenas uma manta fina, claramente insuficiente para o frio intenso. Solicitei à recepção um cobertor extra, mas fui informada de que o hotel não disponibiliza cobertores adicionais. Isso, por si só, já comprometeu bastante meu conforto. No entanto, o que mais me surpreendeu foi o fato de que o chuveiro não esquentou — nem na noite do dia 12, nem na manhã do dia 13. Resultado: fiquei impossibilitada de tomar banho. Infelizmente, essa combinação de fatores — frio extremo, ausência de cobertores extras e falta de água quente — tornou minha estadia bastante desconfortável e frustrante. Acredito que situações como essa merecem atenção especial, pois impactam diretamente a experiência do hóspede. Espero que este relato contribua para melhorias nos serviços oferecidos, especialmente em períodos de clima mais rigoroso. Atenciosamente, Deise
