Booked this place because of exhibiting in the Sao Paulo Expo for 4 days. Not as close as I originally thought but still it is within walking distance, about 10-15mins. A lot of traffic after exhibition at the end of the day. So, we can go back the place early. Rooms are reasonably clean and have everything you need for a stay. Bathroom (instant warm water for shower), refrigerator, microwave oven, hair dryer, a small kitchen. A basket of breakfast including bread, ham, cheese, cake, coffee .... provided. My companions complain about the noise at night from highway, especially those from racing motorbike... but not affecting me though Just no supermarket or store to buy personal need nearby Have one good restaurant close to this place. Good for business purpose. We have someone who speak Portuguese. Need to make a call to get the password for entering the place and for the room. Not sure if English work or not though .

Fomos bem recebidos e estava tudo otimo. O único ponto negativo da estadia foi o barulho da estrada que passa ao lado, que pode incomodar pessoas mais sensíveis, mas não atrapalhou nossa estadia e dormimos a noite toda.
