  • Cozy and well-decorated studio apartment located in the same building as SampaSky. For your convenience, we offer a king-size bed, espresso machine, and Smart TV. We also have a sofa bed to accommodate a third guest. The apartment is located on the 23rd floor, with an incredible view of the sunset in São Paulo. Welcome to our space! Attentive host who loves to receive guests and share experiences. I respond to all messages within a few hours and prioritize your comfort and well-being. The neighborhood is located in the heart of São Paulo, where you can find famous restaurants such as Terraço Itália, Bar da Dona Onça, among other highly recommended ones; a metro station right next to the building; and access to historical tourist attractions within a short walk.
