Entretanto, o principal diferencial da estada reside na cordialidade e no profissionalismo da equipe, especialmente de uma recepcionista de cabelo curto, cujo nome infelizmente não conseguir perguntar. Registra-se, por oportuno, o agradecimento pela simpatia, carisma e dedicação demonstrados no atendimento aos hóspedes, qualidades estas que se revelam cada vez mais raras, sobretudo para quem viaja com frequência.
