"This is not a hotel - it’s more like a virtual hotel with access through the web. No front desk with a doorman (person) providing no assistance since it’s a mostly a residential building. 360 occupies 2 floors of the building which they make available through a convoluted email system. Very poorly organized with not much instruction. Would not recommend a stay without fully understanding the system. No housekeeping and a change in towels costs you extra (when they email you back)."

"The apartment is conveniently located near pubs, groceries, restaurants and shopping malls. The a/c struggles to keep up in the daytime but not too bad at night. The “before check in” process took an extended period of time (1.5hrs) via WhatsApp. At the apartment…it went very quickly and smoothly. "
