"What I liked: clean, comfortable, in a nice neighborhood
What I did *not* like:
1. The listing says it has a gym and pool (and include pictures of same), but these facilities are not available for guests - this is deceiving and misleading as.
2. There is no luggage storage. Most international flights arrive in São Paulo early morning and depart late in the evening or at night, but there is no luggage storage, and guests cannot wait in the lobby either.
3. The room has an equipped kitchen, but lacked paper towel and drying rack not provided
4. The bathroom did not have hand towels. It did have plenty of bath towels though.
5. The bed was comfortable and clean, but lacked a flat sheet underneath the quilt, which gross me out"
