I am writing to request an update on Case #266990621. On Tuesday, 03/24, I spoke with Charlotte and Kelsha for over 90 minutes regarding a significant hygiene and maintenance issue at the Hilton Garden Inn Rebouças Sao Paulo.

The Issue:
The plumbing in Room 1015 is unable to flush standard toilet paper or flushable wipes. Management claimed this is standard for Brazil; however, having stayed at multiple other properties in Rio and Sao Paulo this week, we know this is not the case. Being asked to bag soiled paper is unacceptable and does not meet Hilton’s global brand standards.
Requested Actions:
1. Permanent Resolution: Please escalate this to the internal maintenance and leadership teams to ensure the plumbing at this property—specifically Room 1015—is brought up to Hilton’s international quality standards.
2. Compensation: Given the significant inconvenience and the $250/night rate paid, I am requesting a 2-night stay voucher valid at any Hilton property worldwide as a gesture of goodwill.
