"What an amazing place! Pedro and his wife have put so much love into their farm. It was a perfect accommodation for 4 couples and a quiet respite from the big city. Great walking path, very clean, private rooms and multiple places to just hang out and enjoy the peaceful view of the river. Pedro was very responsive with any questions we had and the bonus was the baker that came to us!"

"There are no houses visible on this side of the river. The view to the other side is incredible. The location is quiet and peaceful. The owner was very accommodating and any of our needs were met quickly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautify place to stay in the valley."

"This is a lovely rustic property with a beautiful outdoor area including plenty of seating areas and an adequate sized pool. A car is needed. "Large property with extensive gardens, providing everything you could want on holiday. Content to sit by the window and watch the boats going up and down the river, very relaxing. "We spent four enjoyable days here. Our hosts were very generous, giving us lots of local insight for exploring the area, as well as some fruit grown on their own property. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun by the pool, and all the flowers and trees in the yard. Definitely a beautiful spot to stay!"

"We loved our stay at the Lamego Hotel & Life Hotel. The property was great with a lovely Spa where we had an amazing 90 minute massage, great bar and restaurant. We found all the staff to be so friendly, polite and helpful always going over and above. The reception staff were particularly exceptional as they helped me with winery reservations and transport to wineries and restaurants. They were also very helpful to my husband in storing his bike and helping him to plan safe cycle routes Thank you so much for our wonderful stay."
