Cozy House - Praia da Enseada (near Ilhabela)

A very cozy house. Just 100m from Enseada beach, a famous meeting point for kitesurfers. 5 minutes from a large DIA market, 15 minutes from the first and only mall on the north coast, Serramar Parque Shopping, 25 minutes from the ferry to Ilhabela and the city center and 1 hour from Maresias. On the same street there is a great pizzeria, a bakery and a grocery store. Quiet neighborhood and neighborhoods! Very calm and green place! Easy access

The space

House has living room, bedroom, kitchen, service area with six pack, bathroom with glass shower and electric shower, 50 inch TV, computer (we provide Netflix account), xbox one with 2 controls and some games, keyboard for those who want to take a sound , 10mb wifi (loads everything in full hd), refrigerator, stove, cookware (including pressure), plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery, dish rack, 2 good beds with 2 new mattresses, and a bed, most used as a sofa with an older mattress and a little thinner, but nothing to bother! We also lend extra mattresses (to put on the floor) in case of more guests. We have six pack to wash clothes, a small clothesline, air conditioning is additional to the part, but we have a great column fan that can be used, already included in the price of the stay. The garage fits only one car and one motorcycle. If you leave the house in disarray, you have to pay an extra fee of 30 reais. We do not provide towels, toilet paper, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc ... THE HOUSE VOLTAGE IS 220V. We provide transformer. The corridor that gives access to the house is shared, my Aunt lives in a house at the back, and 4 very kind cats can also be seen in the corridor, but they do not enter the house. Very calm and quiet place, so don't abuse the sound after 10 pm
