Estadia muito agradável!
Ao chegar na casa, que corresponde à descrição no site, constatei alguns pequenos problemas como microondas não estava funcionando, o ar condicionado do dormitório do casal não estava resfriando e a internet da Vivo não estava funcionando, apesar de que a proprietária havia comunicado que era um problema da região e já tinha chamado reparo. No entanto, apesar desses pequenos problemas, a Sheila sempre me atendeu prontamente, resolveu tudo super rápido e foi muito solícita . Eu recomendo a casa, tem todos os utensílios novos, quando cheguei estava bem limpinha, completa , varal para estender as roupas, as camas estão boas, o chuveiro é bom também. O condomínio é bem gostoso, seguro, fica super perto da praia e perto do centro de conveniências. A Sheila é super atenciosa e me atendeu muito bem antes e durante a estadia. Com certeza voltarei em uma próxima oportunidade.

Excelente opção para locação no litoral norte de SP
O condomínio oferece área interessante de lazer (piscinas, quadra e salão de jogos), praia em frente e o local aconchegante. Meu filho e sobrinha com faixa etária média de 7 anos adoraram a estada. Recomendo o imóvel e o local.

Casa confortável, em perfeito estado, com toda estrutura possível; Condomínio muito bem habitado/frequentado; proximidade à bancos e mercado que pode ser realizado a pé; muita proximidade e facilidade em se acessar outras praias do litoral Sul de S.Sebastião (Maresias, Santiago, Baleia etc). Enfim, estivemos por lá uma semana, super recomendamos; a cidade é gostosa e os proprietários do imóvel estão de parabéns: tanto pela propriedade como pela atenção que dispensam aos que lá vão.

O condomínio é prazeroso em meio árvores e jardins e ainda oferce várias possibilidades de lazer. A casa é impecavel. Decoração de muito bom gosto . Os utencílios domésticos de primeira linha. Com certeza voltaria. Recomendo
