Destaca pela limpeza e localização

A comunicação com os proprietários foi tranquila, sempre cordial, trocamos alguns emails ate fechar as datas. A casa fica dentro de um pequeno condomínio, com um único portão, não tem porteiro, mas bem fechada e segura. Não tem serviço de paria, mas há cadeiras e guarda sol disponível na casa. A Localização é ótima, na rua principal, só atravessar, tem o acesso para praia. A casa estava limpa e conforme descrição no site. Os utensílios e móveis estão um pouco desgastados (velhos), mas sem problemas. Há ventiladores de tetos (novos) em todos ambientes. No quarto do casal tem ar-condicionado (antigo), não conseguimos ligar, mas isso não foi um problema, pois o ventilador foi ok. O outro quarto é pequeno e fica um pouco abafado devido aos beliches. Na varanda da entrada há churrasqueira, mas não utilizamos. Resumo, casa OK, local tranquilo.
