Casa do Pinheiro I is a self-contained, air-conditioned home in a rural house in São Vicente, on the island's north coast, for up to three guests — on the upper floor, with a large private terrace with a barbecue and views over the valley and the mountains.

The accommodation is approximately 70 m² and consists of a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a bedroom with a single bed (90 × 200 cm), a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is free parking at the property entrance.

There is a washing machine and a dryer on the ground floor, in a space shared by both units.

It also includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, a microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, a heater, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The property is in a rural area near the town of São Vicente, where there are many restaurants and cafés.

São Vicente is located in the north part of the island of Madeira. A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurisilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

A small grocery shop and restaurants are available within walking distance. Larger supermarkets and more restaurants are a few minutes' drive away.

A car is recommended; the property has access to the main roads and there are bus stops nearby.

On the accommodation's floor there is a locked room reserved for the owner.

There may be noise from the road and from dogs and other domestic animals on neighbouring properties.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects and small lizards is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
