"It was a great experience from the moment I checked in. Very accommodating staff and concierge. Everything was accounted for and very easy as a guest. The free breakfast and tea time was a bonus.

The breakfast (6:30am to 10am) and afternoon lunch (4pm to 6pm) were simply amazing (lots of variety, high quality and quantity, changed every day) and enjoyable... we really didn't need to eat anywhere else. Beach towels were provided. The internet only worked if you were near the reception and, even then, was sketchy but apparently that is common on the island. "

A limpeza diária se resume em esticar os lençóis. passar um pano ou varrer o chao do quarto não acontecem, as áreas comuns também com a limpeza bem ruim. Meu quarto tinha lençóis velhos e manchados, tudo com muita falta de limpeza e conservação. Experimentamos dois quartos diferentes, o primeiro amplo e com a vista privilegiada para a baía do Sueste. "Great property in general, friendly staff and a very comfortable stay. The pool was on maintenance while I was there, so didn't really get to use it, but also wished they had a hot tub instead of 3 pools. The steam while a great concept didn't work either. I liked the fact that it was a 15mins walk from one of my favourite beach Conceicao where you can spend time watching the sunset there. Given the fact that there is supposed to be 'no plastic' and eco-friendly, I would just recommend to have a water refill station for self service instead of needing to get someone to do it, they were always willing and happy to assist but this would save some time to have a drinking water refill station. "
"Amazing and cozy place. The inn is beatiful, service is perfect and the crew is extremely kind and attentive. Food is delicious, breakfast is delightful. There’s a small swimming pool in the center so you can relax in the late afternoon after enjoying Noronha."
