"Beautiful home with a mountain feel. Well stocked kitchen for cooking every type of meal. Communicated with the host once and she responded immediately, lovely conversation. Beds are comfortable, house was immaculate, firewood was available but was too warm to use the fireplace. Would absolutely book again. We were able to visit Gunnison NP, million dollar highway, town of Ouray. Great location. Roads up the mountain are very well maintained, made it all the way up in 2WD. We heard elk bugling every day, and saw fox, deer, and elk from the back porch."

"The host was super friendly and very responsive both prior to booking and during my stay. The cabin was well stocked with clean linens as well as various items in the kitchen. Being secluded was nice but having high speed internet was also a plus. I'd highly recommend the cabin and host!"

"Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful panoramic view. Enjoyed watching mule deer and turkey right from the wraparound deck.Home is exceedingly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. Much forethought was put into making this home welcoming and visitor friendly.Autumn is an outstanding host and we can’t wait to return."

"This was the perfect cabin! The property is perfect for hanging out and playing games. We loved the ladder game and bocce ball! We had a fox friend come over and try to eat one of our Bocce balls, he was cute, but we kept our distance. I saw several deer out grazing in the mornings from the porch as well. (The porch was my favorite )The location is great too! It only took us an hour to get to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison and 1.5hrs from Ouray.We would love to come back to this cabin and will be telling others about it too! Thanks for the excellent experience!"
