Jade Mountain Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Jade Mountain greatly exceeded all of my expectations. I enjoy the quiet environment as well as the cleanliness of the property. My Major Domos were always available to escort me throughout the property as well as provide assistance to things I asked for. Everyone is a true professional and the dinner I had last night (Rainbow fish or something like that) was so good that I ordered a second slice of fish. Hopefully, I'm able to return to the property in the near future."

"Ladera was truly exceptional. The views of the Pitons and Sugar Beach are simply breathtaking — easily the best on the island. We were upgraded to an incredible suite that was so beautiful it was hard to leave. The staff was exceptional — incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was fabulous, and the resort made our excursions to Sugar Beach and beyond effortless by coordinating everything for us. A spectacular property, incredible service, and an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return."

"Great vacation with excellent location, staff, activities and food. The rooms without air-conditioning were a bit uncomfortable at times during peak October heat indexes ranging up to 100 F during the day so consider aiming for a room with air conditioning if travelling during hot and humid months. Would recommend and will even try to return at some point!"
