Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Had all amenities our family of 6 needed. A little tight for 6 adults, but would work for 4 adults and 2 children well. Nice to have a Seicomart on the bottom of the building. Walkable to Tozai Subway Line which will get you most anywhere you need to get to in Sapporo.

シーツに血？

布団のシーツが2つほど汚れていたので、気持ち悪くなりました。汚れていないシーツもあったので、数的に足りるようになっていましたが、処分していない理由がわかりませんでした。

カーペットが汚かった。1階にコンビニがあって助かった。地下鉄の2つの駅の真ん中で、どちらかにもっと近かったらよかった。メモ帳やペンがあったら良かった。 でも、快適で2，3日程度の宿泊には最高です。

全体的にはとても綺麗で、民泊らしくいろいろ準備されているのもとても良かったです。 管理会社の方はとても丁寧に対応してくださるので良かったです。宿泊途中にテレビが壊れましたが、すぐに対応してくれて良かったです。 寝室にエアコンがなく、その奥のクローゼットに設置のベッドでは暑い日は寝れませんでした。扇風機でもあればリビングから風を送れると思います。リビングのエアコンはサイズが小さく常にフル稼働ですが、ずっとつけておけば快適に過ごせました。 駐車場がなく、コインパーキングにとめないといけないので、長期滞在の場合は毎日精算など面倒です。 食器、調理器具は準備されていてとても助かりました。ただ、フライパンがボロボロで少し残念でした。
