Forza hotel is beautiful, the room is very spacious and modern. Staff are very friendly and you get 1 free wine and free coffee while staying at Forza. I'll definitely be back for future trips in Japan

We liked that our room was bigger than the average room around Sapporo. The bathroom was spacious and we liked that the toilet was separate. Also, everything looked clean and updated. The towels were fluffy and fresh. Also being so close to the station was really convenient. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Super super convenient, if it's snowing/raining heavily, you can walk in the underground until right opposite the hotel (get out exit 13 Tokyu department store). Close to dining options and shopping and very walkable to Susukino without being in the middle of it, much quieter option. Room was pleasant, clean, well put together.

Very quiet and comfortable. My room was recently renovated and looked very modern. The only issue I had is no blackout curtains on the window. Breakfast isn't included but if you do buy it, it's excellent.

Nice clean hotel. The shower was AMAZING! We may need to remodel our shower like theirs! Hubby like the free coffee machine. And we received a free glass of wine, so that was nice! We were able to do our laundry, so that was nice. The only problem was the position of the tv in our room, it was awkward bec it was parallel to the bed. I would definitely stay again!

The twin room is of good size and the location is too good! One can easily walk to JR station or the TV tower in 3 to 6 minutes respectively and bus stops are steps around enabling easy travelling to everywhere. We are most grateful that the hotel not only provided luggage storage service, but also sended our luggages to room before we come back and check in again. What a service! The free wine and coffee is a definitely another bonus!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards. Upon checking into my first room, I noticed that the floor hadn’t been mopped, the bedding hadn’t been changed, and there were used cotton swabs on the floor. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and was moved to another room. While the new room had clean bedding, I still found hair on the provided sleepwear, which was unacceptable. These repeated lapses in basic cleanliness made my stay very uncomfortable. Although the staff attempted to address my concerns by changing my room, the overall experience showed a lack of attention to hygiene. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping standards.
