Standard prices are those that can be eaten within next five days if I am not mistaken and they are ready to be eaten cold. I like it when I could micro wave it a little but still cold was fine as I have had them 3x on this trip! Usually when it's full price it is freshest and sweetest! Love it! #delicious

Great location- one block from Sapporo Station and the underground mall/walkway. Staff were very friendly, corner rooms were very new and exceptionally clean, "twin" beds were full size, convenient lounge with coffee/tea, easy check in and out process. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We love the AC system, so far this is the best hotel has good AC system. The bathroom is large and nice size for two guests. The beds are comfy, the cleaner teams are excellent. Everyday we left and came back to the room was always having receptionist greeting us. Also the location is close to Sapporo station, 6 mns walk very convenient, Lawson and McDonald along the walkway to the station. We are highly recommended.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. However a number of things about the hotel itself leave room for improvement. Bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. Very small, tired (no walk in shower), cheaply constructed, too little room for storing toiletries etc, not well cleaned etc. Room has virtually no storage/hanging space. Gym is a joke. Not worth the space it takes up. No weights, no resistance equipment etc. Onsen lacks towels (need to bring own from room), no sauna, no cold plunge. No way this deserves to be rated as a 4 star hotel

The hotel is pretty new. Room is of good size. They offer free cold and hot drinks after 3pm in the area where they serve breakfast. I enjoyed the latte coffee. The public bath was very basic but helped me to relax after all. I will definitely come back.

Room was great, amazing city view, very clean and modern, with TV and fridge with complimentary coffee. Reception very modern, and staff very welcoming with good English once I had exhausted my limited Japanese skills. Very nice public bath to relax in before bed and also good to have the guest lounge in the evening to enjoy a drink / eat snacks from the nearby convenience store. Great location, 2mins and tour in the underground walkways if it’s raining/cold or 5min overground walk to the station.

This was absolutely one of the best stays I’ve been at. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and I kept telling my partner that if they started serving dinners and charging for them, I would gladly pay per meal. The breakfast had Japanese and western style options and was a buffet. The quality of the options were amazing and reflected local Hokkaido ingredients. Parking was easy and if you told staff when you needed the vehicle in advance, they would pull it and queue it for you. Overall, a 10/10 experience and we will be back.

Facilities were very comfortable and economical. The in hotel breakfast restaurant was very good and worth the surcharge to the room rate. We would go there again if we found ourselves going to Sapporo in the future.

The room is spacious, clean, tidy and modern. I especially like the toilet, the bath and the basin being in separate areas. The design of the room was so nice. I did not particularly enjoy the public bath though, but this is simply and personal view.

Highly recommend!

We booked two rooms for a week in July and staying at the Keio Prelia made our visit to Hokkaido all the more special. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful and our views were amazing. The rooms were clean and stylish, as was the rest of the hotel. We especially enjoyed an afternoon tea in the lobby. We would be very excited about staying here again.
