Our stay at Pinn N4E2 was quiet, clean, and very convenient. Conbinis nearby, easily walkable to the train stations, plenty of room to stretch out, and economical. Couldn’t ask for more.

Stay for 3 nights, the property will contact for check in instructions prior to check in, not that difficult. Room is little different from the photo, we got a big dining table instead of a sofa, but is ok. Kitchen is good and function, missing chopping board lol. We found the washing machine wasn’t working and sent a message by email and got figure out that we need to switch on the water. There is a Times car park opposite to the property too, 1600yen for 24 hours. Overall is a cozy stay!

Response to questions was very very poor

Questions and clarification asked about automatic checkin process were not answered. When and if they responded, it was 2-3 days later after repeated chase. Links in emails about check in and rules do not work. Wrote in to tell them about the problem and request for the information to be sent directly in email and they didnt even response. Requested for a faster way of communication in whatever messaging app, and they rejected and said just use email. BUT THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAIL. So, of course i arrived on the checkin day with trepidation. If i cannot get through the automatic checkin process and the only way to reach them is by email, i have to wait 2-3 days for them to response, even if they do respond at all? Note that there is no staff, no instruction file, or number to call at the check in. Fortunately, it took me some time to figure out and manage to get through the check in The email shows that i booked through Temanairazu (either a person in charge or a company) Best not to book this unit. Helps and response to any query is almost non-existence. Good luck to you if you book and runs into problem or need fast response for help.

值得推薦

到札幌車站很近，走路約莫七到十分鐘，交通方便；民宿內部空間很大，除了客廳還有兩個大房間，房間內的衣櫃跟儲物間空間都很大，整體清潔舒適；唯一的小缺點是check out時間是早上十點，不過因為最後一天也要離開札幌所以影響不大

우선 시설의 컨디션은 매우 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 굉장히 한기가 올라왔고 내부에 있는 라디에이터로도 커버가 부족했습니다. 체크인전 짐을 맡기다던지 그런 편의는 부족했습니다 체크인은 딱 3시 1분부터 가능했습니다. 위치는 삿포로역에서 도보 10분거리에 있었으며 카카오 택시를 이용하여 메가 돈키까지 15,000원 정도가 나왔습니다.

This property has a good location it is near to Sapporo station and the place is very new. Enjoy my stay there. As for improvement I would like to recommend the following. Have more hanger or a place to dry our cloth because the drying function on the washing machine is not good enough. Have more plastic bag to clear our rubbish. There is a spare plastic bag in the bin but if we stay for more days then it will not be enough. Can we have bigger pillow? The pillow currently are too small. An English instruction on how to use the heater. Overall I really enjoy the privacy and security of the place. Well done!!

The hotel is 8-9 minutes walk from the JR station. You can walk underground (to avoid the cold) and take the exit#23 and walk two blocks to the hotel. We use the same underground path to Odori and Susukino. The room is modern and shiny clean. The size is great. It comes with a washer and a dryer. We enjoyed staying here. It will be our first choice to stay here when we visit the town next.

Great place; weird check-in system

The facility and location were wonderful -- easy access to the main attractions of Sapporo. Clean, spacious -- very pleased about that. It just came as quite a surprise to realize that the hotel is run by a computer! All sign in and out was by email, and was somewhat confusing and inconvenient uploading photos of passports, etc. I wish Hotels.com had made those facts clear before we booked, but we ended up extremely pleased with the stay.

チェックアウトをちょっとでも過ぎると部屋をロックされて、中に入れずemergency call の場所も分からない。やっと見つけてかけても電話に出ない。最低の対応だ

방도 깨끗하고 시설자체는 마음에 들었으나 방음이 너무.. 3LDK였는데 현관쪽 방이 방음이 너무 안돼서 그방은 짐놓는방으로 썼네요~ 그외에는 공간활용도 알뜰하고 모두 만족합니다. ㅎㅎ
