Great location close to Susukino station with a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. It's good if you like the nightlife, but not as great if you don't. The room and hotel facilities were very clean. It's a no frills type of place, which I expected since I got the room for a very low price. The breakfast was basic (a few types of bread), but the coffee machine was nice and had different beverage options.

Basic room with low cost

The room was tiny and very basic but understable for the price paid for. Toilet cover was cracked and you have to you downstairs to borrow kettel but the reception staff was helpful when asked for direction.

空きが無く喫煙ルームを選択したが、部屋は紙タバコを直前まで放置していたかのようなタバコ臭さでチェックアウト後に全ての持ち物にキツイタバコ臭がついてしまった。元喫煙者の自分でもキツイので脱臭装置を入れて欲しい。 接客はややフランクだが必要十分。

建物・施設はやや古く、初めは大丈夫かと思ったが、めんてが行き届いているようで問題はなかった。 朝の軽食は、普通の朝食ではなく、まさに軽食だった。でも3種か4種のパンはみな美味しかった。何よりコーヒーは美味かった。 エアコンの調節がほとんど出来ず27℃に設定しても21度まで下がったままだったのが残念だった。恐らく空調システムとしての限界だったのだろう。

場所はすすきのから近い為すすきの周辺をぶらつくのに便利でした。 また料金も安く朝食でパンとジュースが付くので良かったと思います。　 駐車場についてと電気ケトル等の貸出の物について説明がなかったのでマイナスです。 製氷機と冷蔵庫に水はありませんでした。購入が必要です。
