Family of 3 adults with 2 rooms for 3 nights. Great location. Also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with free drinks and smores over the fire reach evening. Also appreciated the lounge area in our room and the included breakfast ( different type of soup each day, french baguette pieces and juice) was a real highlight. The provided samue (Japanese pyjamas) were so good that we each purchased up here to take home!

The location is great, very close to downtown and within walking distance of Seigo Mart, a popular convenience store in Hokkaido. The staff are so kind and helpful. Of course, the Happy hour - free local wine was flawless. The room was chilly and you can't adjust the temperature, which was a little disappointing, but the room wear is so comfy and makes you warm and feel better.

This was a well-designed, comfortable hotel, within walking distance to good restaurants, shopping, a park, and a subway station. The food there was delicious and we definitely took advantage of their daily free wine and s’mores.

This is a rather spacious lovely hotel in Sapporo. The rooms are very well kept. The bar is a highlight. We even got a free drink outside of the free wine in the evenings. The breakfast was provided timely, and they even made an early breakfast for the day we were leaving. The spread however is very limited to just a bread, soup and a juice. Also the nearest coin laundry was a bit far. Apart from that, a very lovely stay.

Absolutely loved the hospitality at the hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel cozy and comfortable. Room was spacious, breakfast each morning was delicious, fire pit on the rooftop was inviting, pizza from the bar was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of traveling to Sapporo.

My mum and I stayed at Unwind Hotel for 6 nights. It is a small hotel and the setting is cozy. Very conveniently located with variety of eateries and near to Odori Park and all within walking distance. The team here are English speaking and they are very polite and helpful. Will definitely come back again in the future!
