It was a really nice property. Very well located. I would defs stay at this hotel again! The staff is very kind and accommodating. Just be aware that if you come by car the overnight parking can add up, about 50euro for 24h at the closest parking lot.

The staff, especially Sarah, were wonderful and very helpful. They went out of their way to assist when they were asked. The breakfast was fresh with good variety. Rooms are air conditioned and the location is steps away from the old town. Hotel was renovated recently. Only improvement suggested is bathroom maintenances. Touch up painting and replacement of some broken tiles will make it look great.

Location was perfect, right in the center of main atractions and everything you might need close (bank, food, coffee, groceries…). Personal was super nice and helpful, great recommendations for tours (Spirit) and always checking on us. Definitely recommend! Thanks a lot!

Lovely staff and good breakfast. Only issue was the parking which was a couple of minutes walk so hauling the multiple suitcases we had was a bit of an effort. Good central place to see the beautiful old town of Sarajevo with all the unique shops and stalls.

Very convenient location in the old town and close to the airport bus. The bathroom could do with a refresh, shower head is broken and the ceiling is mouldy. Otherwise, the breakfast is simple but absolutely fine. Great staff.

The first thing you need to know if booking with Hotels.commis that there is NO parking at this hotel - if you’re lucky you can get on the street, and I mean similar to a lottery win! Otherwise there are expensive car parks about 5 mins walk. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, we had such a warm welcome. We stayed in Room 101, a great sized room, old but very clean. The bed was very comfortable but needed a bottom sheet per mattress as it slides off. Only slight issue is that guests often congregate and talk loudly outside, at night and on way to Breakfast. Breakfast was so cramped - the lovely lady serving is so wonderful and cooks up delicious local delights. The location is perfect! We wandered around Sarajevo and always felt very safe.
