I had stayed at Radon Plaza in the past, and since I had an early morning flight from Sarajevo International Airport, I opted to stay at Radon Plaza again. The reservation was booked via Hotels.com. Unfortunately, the young gentleman at the front desk could not locate the reservation and asked me to wait in the lobby despite me showing the reservation confirmation and the charge. After waiting for an hour, I asked him to double-check the reservation which had still not come through. He said he couldn't contact Hotels.com through their phone line. In the end, I contacted Hotels.com and asked them to call Radon Plaza reception and sort out the reservation. As someone who paid for my reservation and had previously stayed at Radon Plaza, I felt that I was not treated fairly. A customer should not be forced to wait for an hour and be expected to resolve the problem on their own.

Rummet var ok. Frukost kunde bli bättre. Frukost serverades till kl 10, och redan vid 8.30 fattades 80% av utbudet. Det fattades även bestick, talrika, tekoppar, vattenglas, En kväll fick vi inte komma inpå restaurangen för att den var abonnerad. En gång i tiden var det en av finaste hotel i Sarajevo men inte nu längre.

An oase in the middle of nowhere

Very spacious room and bathroom. Amazing view from rotating top restaurant on 15th floor. Popular bus groups from all over the world making a Balkan tour. Hotel is top but far from everything.

Hotel vecchio e molto costoso per quello che è. Hall maleodoranti, luci rotte nella stanza. Nella palestra metà degli attrezzi non funzionava o era rotto. La piscina (motivo per il quale avevo scelto questo hotel) era inaccessibile. Per la colazione nessuno sparecchia i tavoli e ci sono voluti 10 minuti per trovare un posto. Punti positivi: personale gentile, letti molto comodi, stanza grande e bagno comodo.

Engang (2006) det eneste hotellet med 5 stjerner, men i dag fremstår hotellet noe slitent. Påstått oppgradert i 2015 men det så vi ikke noe til. God beliggenhet i forhold til byen (35 min med trikk) eller flyplassen. Bråkete aircondition, men forbausende god seng. Noe lukt på rom (røyk). Frokost (middels god) i 15 etasje med flott utsikt.

From my easy check-in to the friendliness of the staff, This was one of my best Hotel experiences. The room and amenities were modern and clean. The breakfast optionals were above average. I made use use of their laundry service and it was very efficient. If I ever returned to Sarajevo, this would be my place to stay. I did stay at a another local hotel for a couple of nights for the same price and they were not even comparable.

Staff was wonderful but this hotel is in dire need of an refreshing update. Felt very old, the walls were creaking all day and night, felt like it was falling apart. Breakfast was not acceptable.
