"Great location, great room layout, great customer service. Worth mentioning that the room wasnt quite what i asked for, nor perfect. The staff were very accommodating in making things right. A special mention for above & beyond customer service front desk staffer Angela & maintenanceman Daniel. It made a difference & i extend my stay because of them."

"The staff were polite and rooms were clean, but high beds made access difficult for my elderly mother. The flimsy closet bar broke and wasn't fixed during our stay, leaving no place to hang clothes. Breakfast options were very limited, so we only used them twice during our four-day visit. Thin flooring meant we heard noise from upstairs at night, and our room's view was completely obstructed (avoid room 224). Towels were thin and often insufficient for three guests, though extras were provided upon request. Overall, I would not return to this hotel or choose Sleep Inn again."
