"I first must say the check-in lady was wonderful! efficient, nice and she found some data on bonvoy for me that I didn't have with me! we found the fridge in non-working order after coming back w. seafood approx 8:00 pm and she kindly stored it in the 'lobby/office' fridge...again, so accommodating. They all were. The pillows and beds were sooooo comfortable. 2 days of driving were nearly wiped away by the great sleep."

"Although this property was advertised as ocean view, there is no view or access to the ocean from this location, which is why we booked it there. The staff there were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure the lack of ocean access didn't ruin our trip. Glendon and Daniel gave us tips on where to go and we had an amazing time. They were so kind and went WAY above and beyond with our luggage and accommodation. They truly saved Courtyard from getting a bad review. "

"The room was big and very nice. The bed could have had a little more padding and the pillows were small and lumpy. The staff was wonderful especially Diane who took the time to make us fresh coffee. Thank you! "
