"While there were some positive aspects, there were also several issues that impacted my overall experience.
The room we selected was advertised as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation; however, it only had one bathroom, which was disappointing and misleading. Housekeeping was another challenge—cleaning was consistently scheduled between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, which coincided with the time we were getting ready for the day. If we were in the room during that time, the staff did not return later, resulting in missed cleanings.
Additionally, on the second day of our stay, we unfortunately found a cockroach in the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom itself also needs improvement: the toilet was not functioning properly most of the time, and the shower space was quite small and uncomfortable.
On a positive note, the staff were consistently helpful and kind, which we appreciated.
Overall, while the service from staff was commendable, the inaccuracies in the room listing, housekeeping schedule, and maintenance issues need to be addressed to improve the guest experience."
