"Amazing property and super friendly staff. We had the best time and our room was perfect. Full kitchen with everything we needed to make any meal. Washer/dryer that we could use plus so many little extras in the supply house we could use if needed! Pool was clean and beautiful. Beach was super close, just about a minutes walk away. Will definitely be returning in the future! "

"We came to the area for the first time for a short spring break trip. This property was awesome. It had everything we needed down to a cooler to take to the beach . The location was wonderful and the beach was a very short walk. The property was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the private backyard and pool area. Nearly Salt Bar and Table was fabulous."

"This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

"A nice small space for short stays. Wish they offered a dresser, had to live a week out of suitcases and there was plenty of room for them to offer a dresser in the closet. Too few places to hang towels to dry outside. Kitchen offering is limited but you can get by. Walking distance to town and beaches."

"This cottage is what old Florida was when we were kids. A great little escape for a local. Very well updated inside, so comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked you will not need a thing. And plenty of beach towels and several chairs to take down to the sand. The beach was so private and quiet. Loved the little deck out back as well for extra living space. Easy to get to Publix for all your sundries and grilling needs to use on the two available grills out back. Also the unit was back...

" Not only is the staff wonderful, but it is a short walk to the beach and they have provided anything and everything you could want for a day at the beach! Towels, carts, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and even bicycles for a ride around town. There is a trolley that will take you anywhere along the island route. "My husband and I rented this unit for our 30th wedding anniversary and we cannot be happier with our decision! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, or to the free trolley bus stop…no need to move the car if you don’t want to. The apartment was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. My only recommendation is that the mattress needs to be changed and the coffee maker requires Keurig coffee cups and the ones left at the apartment, were from a different brand so we couldn’t...

"The property itself is extremely nice! Very small, exactly as described. Outdoor space was exceptional with privacy, lounge chairs, a grill and everything you need for a day at the beach. However, nothing beats a great night of sleep and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Lumpy with a bar in the center to where you actually are going to roll off, uncomfortable for one person, never mind 2. All pillows need to be replaced, bed pillows and couch pillows. There was also a huge stain on the couch...
